Thank you for your positive review. I have a hard time staying hydrated all day. I’ve been this way my whole life. At 71 blood work has shown what dehydration has done to my kidneys. I set out to get bottles…many of them….to help me remember and keep track. Per usual within three weeks I start the ignore process 😂……I’ve long said if a company could come up with a bottle telling me how much I’m drinking along with an app…that might help. Lo and behold I found this bottle and then your review. MANY THANKS for explaining how it works, etc. Here’s hoping this is my final bottle lol. Can’t wait to get my new toy…I mean….new bottle!
